Going back to the old system i.e booking is great!! The doctor I saw listens, discusses issued about my condition at least with this system I could talk about more than one condition affecting my medical problem. At least for the surgery it is practical no bookings etc because there is not wasted time for the doctors or nurses, well done, the waiting time is less as well, and I can be seen on the day I want to come when feeling ill keep up the good work, reception staff are always willing to help they are lovely.
